How do you flush Coco?

No and No. You don’t ever use plain water on coco, and you don’t ever let coco dry out.

If you've overfed in coco and want to "flush" because of it, or if you haven't been feeding to enough runoff and now the EC has crept up in the media, then next time you feed (which should be daily, if not several times per day) just feed at your target EC, but pour enough nutrient solution through the coco so that you get lots of runoff. That will wash out the excess salts but still provide the plants with a good feed. More info will help us to sort out your problem though.

You don’t.

Personally I reduce my input feed to around half full strength for the last week or 2 towards harvest but I never cut out nutrients

Don’t flush it. It will clog your toilet as it expands in the water.
