first set of leaves always yellow and fall off. Mine is also doing it now aswell. Id cut them off with a sterile Razor as u dont want it to rot and infect the plant with disease...

Dont cut your leaves off, they have a valuable source of nutrient, they shouldnt be going yellow for some time yet.

At a guess you already have nutrients in the soil, I would put a guess that your using tap water and not correcting the ph. You need to get this to the correct level and then hopefully the yellowing should stop.

I use tap water, but its drinkable, i mean if its drinkable so it has the correct pH, right? About nutrients in soil, i really dont know, i use "algoflash" soil..

wrong

tap water normally has a high ph level, my tap water here come out at around 7.8, you really want 6.5-6.8 for soil

I noticed with the nutes sometimes it will bring the ph down when you mix it. I'm sure this is course depending on the nutes. Foxfarm is what I use, going with a different kind next week.
