Light Bleaching under LEDs.

I work in OK, running a virgin medical grow. We are just flowering our first round of test clones, currently about 16 strains, 70 plants or so In a shipping container grow. We did lose a chunk to herms. Running 6 inch Pargros with lines to each from a 50 gal res, Athena nutes, 35x5 ft table. 7 Phlizon, 3000 watt , 600 actual watts, full power. 1250ppm C02. Temps vary, from upper 60s to mid to upper 90s sometimes. (our main ac is down) humidity stays pretty stable around 60%. This is my first hydro run ever, and Its just me here. The owner has another main business and travels near constantly. I am learning as i go, with 16 different strains to keep happy. PH runs 5.6- 6.2 but usually closer to the middle. EC is about 2. in Res.

Lights vary in height from canopy but generally about 2 ft. some closer some a bit farther. We had yellowing of the Middle Leaves at first, I was leaning sulphur def, but our Athena has it in there, and our well water still holds like .6-.7 EC after RO, possibly some sulphur in there as well. I kept researching and kept watching the plants and eventually come to light bleaching, which i feel sure is what caused the yellow and red leaves. I turned the smaller Blurple LEDS off on the Phlizons to give the plants a break, showed the owner and he said to put them back and and let it go. We are 5 weeks into flower.

How big of an issue is the light bleaching, i have never had to deal with it until now. Since he wants the lights on full, my best idea is to shuffle the badly bleached ones to the outside and put the still green plants inside, the green plants in the pics are on the outside of the table. The last pic you can see a lower cola that hangs out back out of the light, up beside its sister colas, the lower one is green still, uppers are all discolored.

Yeah. I'd have to agree it's not from the lights either because there's no signs of light stress on the tops hardly at all. Also no tacoing or burnt tips like you'd expect to see. I'm going to defer to the hydro guys but my best guess is a serious deficiency of either K or P. It looks like it's starving to me. But I'm not a hydro person at all.

Hm seems like a classic 'in over my head' noobie bit. Learn how to grow before you 'run a grow'
Walk before you run...
Don't take this the wrong way op. But you are exactly what's wrong with the industry. There needs to be better regulations. Anybody who smoked a joint one time think they can operate large scale facilities like it's nothing. Floods the market with crap and brings down prices for guys who actually know what they're doing. Plus I feel bad for whom ever is going to be paying for and consuming that cannabis. Loose loose.

Is this flower you plan on trying to sell?

You're just now getting into the Oklahoma market? Heads up brother... I hope you have 3 years worth of cash to live on till you think this is for you.
It's not his money anyways. Sounds like a 'wise' investor asked his buddy who smoked weed in highschool one time to grow weed for him, pay him nothing what someone running a grow should be getting paid, but grower is 'stoked' to grow so much cool weed. I can see it play out now... Crop is worthless. Investor blames grower. Grower blames investor for calling the shots, relationship between them grows cold, investor fires grower and beg cycle again with some other shmuck.

Well, it WAS like that in 2019/2020.. making money hand over fist, then 2021 came along.. been a tough game the past year.
Lol. Ya man. We all made money before legalization. I knew it would be a total killer for the black market and I got out the year it went legal. When I was a kid it was always a way to make a couple buck to get dinner and not eat puritan beef stew or kd for the millionth time in a row. Then it became a second income. Then a main income lol. Alas, every good thing must come to an end, and that my friend was the end.

Yeah, I bet. I think the best advice I can give the OP is hire a consultant with a proven track record. If they are online asking for info here than they should not be running this grow for medical patients. Just my opinion.
True. Best advise I ever got was grow one pheno of a strain, and do it over and over again till you can finish it without thinking about it. But, pheno hunting is time consuming, and well worth it. But the OP seems to be grasping to keep his job. Can't blame the guy for a panic reach, because those ladies look like they're in deep trouble.
