I cant recommend it. I am loving citrus flavors beer but not IPA citrus . Any recommendations for a non ipa citrus beer?

There are NEIPAs that aren’t hop forward and have an orange creaminess to them.
It’s just trial and error.

Citra is the cilantro of the hop world.
Half the people love it and half the people think it tastes/smells like cat piss.
Look for hazys with Galaxy or Amarillo hops.

Otherwise as suggested, something like a hoegaarden or blue moon.
It’s not a zap of orange though, more subtle.

@Dr.Amber Trichome From one doctor to another, I’d say that the Fresh Haze from Deschutes, while citrusy, exhibits too much pine to be a viable candidate. In light of that, I feel compelled to continue my experiment.

Oh yeah. Orange City.
The carbonation is tight and fine. Makes it soda like. There is some bitterness, but not a piney bitterness.
Hardly notice it. It’s way in the back. Just enough to know it’s beer.
I would recommend this one.

Sounds like fun...I wanted to thank you again for your advice and sharing your experience with me last summer. It helped me greatly. We were able to purchase a home in December, and have been adjusting well since.

I had to get the Ca fair plan too. You’re not still trying to collect from them are you because i’ve heard that’s one of the problems with them. But i’m still trying to get all of my money from nationwide so what do you do. Lots of people had carriers that straight cashed them out. Not me of course. I had to hire a public adjuster and it’s still crazy.

Right on, glad to hear you're getting close. Yes, those a-holes at fair plan did compensate us fairly, but still took too long in my eyes. I cant believe you are still having to deal with your claim, that sucks. We were pretty lucky it seems. Our adjuster was amazing, he went the extra mile everytime. He even snuck past the national guard to start our claim process early.

Also, not sure if I told you before, but my garage/studio and out buildings all survived, minus a well house. So it wasn't a total loss, and have even had a few people interested in buying it. Needless to say, minus the emotional trauma, we're feeling pretty fortunate at this time.
