Coco needs feeding at day 0.

i even pop seeds with coco that’s been fed with 0.6EC nutrients.

your seedlings are starving.

You need to feed coco from day 1, as others have said. I run .8 ec Jack's 321 through all my cups before planting the seed direct, until I get lots of runoff. After that, just make sure the seed area stays moist with a light surface spray of water until the seedling pops. After that, don't feed it again until the cup lightens up. Canna coco retains a ton of water in a solo cup and it's easy to overwater them in the seedling stage, which is part of what is going on here. Once the cup lightens up, feed it again to runoff, and then gently squeeze the cup and it will release water like a sponge. Make sure you have tons of drain holes.
