Living soil bed producing small buds

Hello.
I have a few organic beds that I flower in with clones and one bed produces small buds continously.

All plants are grown from clones. Living organic soil. I'm thinking this bed in particular may have some kind of different makeup causing the smaller buds. Any thoughts?

Mix all my own soil with basically coots mix. This bed in particular is at least a year old maybe more with 4 or more harvest out of it.

Same lights? Maybe your lights are too old? I know leds have a longer shelf life but I think there is still a degradation time. If using old school lighting old bulbs? There are so many factors but I guess I would start there then go to things like above.. soil test.. also maybe if it has not been tilled for a while and had a lot of worms you could just have a whole bed of worm castings...I think these would be where I would be looking.
