I have $40-$80 tents and they don't have rips or holes. I have two 2x4's, a 2.3x2.3 and 3x3 and none of them have holes or rips. You have got to be the unluckiest guy in the world. Three of them are 1680d fabric as well. One of them has a pinhole or two around the bottom of the zipper where the stitching goes through the fabric. I put three 240W quantum boards facing up in every tent to check in a dark room, and there is next to nothing showing from any of them bar the 3x3 with the pinholes around the bottom of the zipper..
Pinholes don't even matter anyway. There is zero way enough photons could enter through a pinhole in such a diffuse light like a general room in the first place. There is way too much obsession with light leaks to begin with. I've grown photos in a well lit room with all three vents opened and never had any issues and I don't sleep at all two or three days of the week and have room lighting on 24/7, so why would a pinhole be expected to cause issues?
If you are actually getting tents at that price with actual rips, Id simply get a refund and try another brand instead of going through multiple. Im brutal when it comes to my money spent. i don't give second chances, if the product is faulty from day one, I get a refund and invest my money somewhere else.

First complaint I hear about A/C Infinity’s tents. Sorry you’re having these issues. I’m still using my Vivosun tent after 2 years I’ve had zero issues. If and when I do replace I intend to go with A/C Infinity. Every product I’ve purchased from them (grow bags, in line fan, trimmers, plant ties etc) has been superior quality and affordable.

You without a doubt need someone to walk around or sit inside with a high powered flashlight, why you meticulously locate each and every one of the pin holes. Fill them in with some silicone caulking (from the outside to match the black).
It takes a pretty big light leak to stress plants..

Same with the vivosun tents, I have 2 4x4s a clone tent and a 10x10, zippers aren't the greatest but they always work and they have a few pinholes but I've never had any light leak issues because of it.
People make pinholes into a way bigger deal than they need to instead of questioning shitty breeding.

I’ve used Ohuhu and Opulent Systems tents with no problems. Zippers on the Ohuhu were used a lot for 3 years and never a failure. Inexpensive and available on Amazon.

Pic attached. Big enough to put a hand through. Seams falling apart... stitching all over tent frayed. I mean this was just astonishingly bad.

I heard Gorilla grow tents are high quality, but i haven't used them, they are pricey. But they do seem very well made, and they have a nice option of extending the tent in height.
HomeBox Ambient is also good quality, and it's a pretty tent as well.
Maybe check out Secret Jardin also, they are affordable but decent quality.

@MarsHydrofactory makes some awesome tents. They are all I use besides my vivosun 3x5.. and that’s only because mars doesn’t carry that size.

Even my Gorilla tent (not the Lite version) had a small pinhole in it. It is the highest quality, but it costs too much and I needed the extra height due to running hydro in it. Outstanding quality on everything, but still overpriced IMO.
I like my Opulent Systems 5x5 tent a lot. I think it's the best 5x5 for the price as long as the height is tall enough for you. When I went to buy a 4x4 tent I was disappointed that I could not find a 4x4 by Opulent.
I have a Cool Grows 4x4 tent that someone recommend on here as a good cheap tent. I'm very happy with it other than it's awkward not having the inside pocket to put tools. I don't always use the pockets, but it's awkward when I can't find it until I remember that tent doesn't have a pocket.
The only tent I really hate is a cheap 2x4 I got for like $50 from AMZ. The zipper sucked from day one and will probably be the first thing to break. And there isn't much fabric overlap around the zipper, light comes through almost the entire zipper.

2 ac infinity tents and 1 vivosun tent here. Other than the pinholes from the cat on the vivosun I have no pinholes. It’s never caused an issue tho. The cat however, is a pain in the ass lol

bruh....they are mischievous bastards. I looked after my sisters kitten for a 10 days and it went missing for a few hours the first day and i freaked out. Turns out it found the bottom cable hole in my tent and decided to sleep under the shade of the canopy for a few hours. It was adorable as shit. That was its go to sleeping spot for that few days. ill risk the hair for that anyday.
