It’s extremely funny for no reason other than you have to take two a day. I recently started to take vitamins as I’m noticing I dont heal like I used to. Decided it’s time to get serious about my health if I wanna be around awhile.what are you guys taking for make vitamins? And can you notice a difference anywhere?

Enjoy the alarmingly yellow and now odorific urinary discharge as you pass all those over priced and refined scams. As well as your dollars. Eat the vegetables. Cheaper, more absorbed and you can chew them.

Best of luck buying your health in a bottle. Sadly all the previous believers are dead or dying and can't inform you.

Take the real One A Day's then.

I've started trying other shit too, and have been impressed with some of it. I can feel my testosterone rising and I'm getting more solid. Nothing to do with the One a Day though.

I take this brand of multi vitamin from the super market and I feel good on a daily basis. Of course you should have a healthy diet and lifestyle too. Some will say multivitamins don’t work, but I consistently feel good and I feel they help. I’ve taken other brands too, don’t know which is best.

Good info. I agree living right is a big part of it. That’s probably my hardest part honestly. Set the vitamins by the toothbrush I won’t forget. Put me in a bar and fuck it. I’m working on that tho. Trying to be a all around better person one day. I will google that brand and see tho. That’s just who I am as a person. It it’s a step in right direction lol

I just take one a week of a grocery chain knock off of Centrum. That's because I don't always eat what I'm supposed to. It's better to get vit/min from appropriate foods, but I see it as an alternative sourced backup that one should not take everyday.

Had to look what people are paying and saw this lmao. 45 bucks and it literally has what you should spend the 45 on, on the label

I used to eat supplements. All they did was drain my wallet. I've found that a good healthy varied diet that includes plenty of vegetables is the key to staying healthy and maintaining stamina and having plenty of energy.

Cut out the caffeine, dairy, processed foods, and sweets. Processed foods especially as they contain ridiculous amounts of sodium and sugars.

I know I eat more meat than I should but I cook it in ways that are not fat or salt laden. Plus I eat lean cuts and discard most of the fat except for sausage I make. But I eat too much meat. I'd eat more seafood but getting quality fresh seafood can be an expensive challenge. The majority of my diet comes from the base of this pyramid.

There is a great book called "food for thought" that taught me a lot about how diets and nutrition work. Small book with a lot of info in each sentence, kind of a hard read.

I eat mainly nothing but meat and green veggies. High fat no carbs unless it comes from green veggies. Little to no sugar. Salt isn't the issue either sugar is in diets.
Almost 40 and had a heart cast and some other stuff done. Eating keto and all the fat and meats resulted in my bloodwork getting better i have zero plaque in the arteries heart rate sits at 40 rest and fitness age is in my 20's. Vitamins though I take just to bridge the possible gap in anything. For me it's better than not and having a bit less then I should. Plus you don't and most often can't absorb all you need just from diet alone. Vegans are a prime example. Protein that they claim come from veggies has low bioavailability and a ton of other issues.

I need my grains. Wheat, rice, etc... I love bread and I bake it myself and eat rice several times a week. Pasta is something I eat a lot of as well. I know many cut out carbs but I've never had any weight issues or other health reasons to remove them from my diet. I eat pretty much everything but I try and combine a little of everything with each meal. Balance is important.

I will turn 83 while harvesting this year. My health is too important for me to take vitamins from a bottle. Eat right and you'll get all you need (in most cases).

For breakfast I have "juice" made from fresh fruits and vegetables plus some raw bud and a little decarbed. Too many to list, but if they are raw and go together they go into the blinder.

Eat well, my friends,

I read an article couple of months ago that says marijuna has more nutrients than kale. Does anyone know anything about that?

I eat raw pot almost every day, not much though. About one teaspoon per day. I don't smoke anymore but have edibles all day.

The article was "Marijuna vs Kale - Superfood". They didn't say anything about how to consume it, but probably edibles. They also didn't say anything about raw or decarbed.
