Place to buy clones online in NY state (not legal yet)

Platinum clone Bank, Supreme clone Bank. Most of the big seed banks now have their own spinoff clone bank.

I'd just personally avoid king Kong clonez, ton of ghosted messages with zero customer support or response from many on IG.

Come to genetraders in Brooklyn end of the month. All the best clones and hype breeder cuts for less than $200.
I'm excited, it's going to be my first gene-trader event. I'm going to bring some seeds and hopefully be able to trade or jut buy some outright. If you have been to one of these events before what can I expect? I opted for the general admission this time but any idea what the VIP pass gets you?

Please be aware the home cultivation of cannabis plants is not allowed immediately. Pursuant to the MRTA, the home cultivation of cannabis plants may only be permitted after the Office of Cannabis Management issues regulations governing home cultivation of cannabis, which must be no later than 18 months after the first adult-use retail sale.
Translation- “We’re not going to allow you to grow your own until after we get you into a few dispensaries to spend some money. Only fair for the big boys to get an 18th month head start. Hopefully, you’ll choose not to grow and will instead provide us with continued tax revenue each week. Our pensions aren’t going to fund themselves!”

Wouldn't have been awful if the timeline was compact, but due to other political machinations with the previous governor, the process of setting up the official structure then codifying the grow/distribution/retail system, and/or the home use/grow situation has been super slow. He was holding it hostage for leverage over other non-related issues.

In the meantime, lots of people are triangulating the risk/reward of just going ahead. I'd personally guess that enforcement probably doesn't really care to do much at this point, since there's not a lot of 'bang' to buck for cannabis enforcement with all the new laws. But at the same time, I caution people to consider that while the cops may not 'go after' you for a grow, there may be other actors out there that would cause trouble for you...if anyone you know holds a grudge or if maybe you've got neighbors, people in your town or local government who are not on board with recent advances in cannabis acceptance & may be looking to set an example or settle scores to prove that it's not open season for DIY growing.

Towns/municipalities also have the right to set the size of grows you can do. The law is written in such a way that suggests 6 plants per person (3 veg, 3 flower) with a total of 12 per household...but the fine print is that communities can lower those numbers with the caveat that they can't be lowered to zero...I read that as your town could try to limit you to 1/1 per person or 4 per household if they decide to get bitchy.

Does the law spell out penalties between now and when it’s legal? In CT you cannot grow until next summer but if you’re caught with 3/3 or less it is a warning first offense. I think second offense is $500.

No, I haven't been able to dig that up. And they're still codifying the law, since it was more of a sketch. At the very least its already legal to have up to 5lbs in your home right now, and you can personal-carry a few ounces. I don't think anyone is going to come after people of their own volition, but if someone wanted to hassle you, having the cops over to your house and having them toss the place and take your setup would be a good start.

Yeah I've been to several. You can expect to find everything cannabis related. Seeds, clones, flower, edibles, merch, etc. Be ready to be shocked if it's your first time. Massive smoke clouds in the venue Everyone smoking and trading and having a good time. Don't be afraid to talk to people they're all growers like you. Vip gets you in the door first and you get some free stuff like seeds and little samples of stuff. It was worth it last time cuz GGG gave away packs of NYCSD to first 30 people in the door. If there's nothing like that this time just get the regular ticket. And Don't be afraid to bargain on prices.

Joe Dirt.

I was just playing. The Reservations have always had the good shit. We'd go there every year to buy hundred of dollars of shit for our family's yearly display. It was epic shit. My uncle was a fire chief in a bigger county, so they talked to the local FD and nobody fucked with us. Aerial bombs were badass. If I remember correct it was 1/4 stick of dynamite launched in the air, but it was a major boom so it might have been more than just 1/4 stick. $25 bucks a piece for those back then.

There was a lake on the side of the house too, so they set up little barges to light shit off on the lake.

But that stuff was illegal for them to sell too. So you'd have to ask for the good stuff and not look like a narc.

You're telling me you got no zippy doodas? No husker dos, no husker donts? No screaming sweater puppies? :p
