Jack's 321 tinting water orange

I've noticed that when adding jack's part A to tap water, the water shows murky orange spots as it dissolves. The water is mostly clear but with a slight orange tint in the end. Is this normal? I have not noticed any issues so far but I have always heard that jack's is totally clear.

No, Jacks part A is orange, the calcium nitrate will be clear. You should be mixing them separate and adding then into a larger volume of water.

it's a third party on amazon. I did not get my nutes there, it was just the first picture I found online of part A. I've got the 25lb bag. The salts look the same.

I am retarded. Jacks RO (without Epsom) is blue, thats what I've been using in veg for the last 2 months. Epsom makes Jacks ro orange though. Learned that correcting the deficiency caused by using 0 Epsom for 6 weeks.

I use tap. And I mix them separately until I put them in my res. I add them 1st Jacks 2nd Epsom 3rd Calcium Nitrate then PH. My E.C is 1.85. I feed that strength from seedling til last 10 days before harvest
