light green patches on new growth, dropping leaves and slow growth

Growshop sent me the wrong soil so I'm using all mix for the first time. The girls popped their head through exactly 2 weeks today but they just dont look happy with drooping leaves and patchy new growth.

I've read using all mix you dont need nutes for 3 weeks so I havent gave them any.

Any experts here can suggest what can perk the girls up? Should I feed them?

I think bio bizz all mix is pretty hot, like FFOF, so you should be fine on nutes with small plants in a large pot right now. Just focus on proper watering technique. That droopiness is likely down to some slight overwatering. It's difficult for new growers to water small plants in large pots, so go by weight of the pot instead of adding some here and there. Let the pot dry until it's much lighter, then water it again. You might only need to water it once per week-just go by the weight. Getting a little "too dry" is fine as long as you don't let it wilt. A wet/dry cycle drives root growth in this stage. Good luck!

Thanks for the information, its appreciated. Your right about struggling with pot size its so hard to judge how much water to give at this size. I also read so much conflicting information. I'm currently trying an organic grow with living soil Iv been adding eco thrive biosys with each water , I've read that I need to keep it moist at all times for the microorganisms to thrive. Should have just stuck with my tried and tested method but let's see how it goes

leaf vpd is 1.2 assuming 71 degree leaf temps. this is on the high end for a seedling, typically we want leaf vpd closer to 1 or .8 is better.

for example, if you maintain same room temps and get rh to 60%, leaf vpd would be approximately .9

your soil is fine, despite rumors to contrary its not "too hot"
