new 250w led, what you think?

should i get 2 or a little over 2 oz with this bad boy? i just bumbed up from 130w led to 250w led same brand. have you heard of these models? this is a 50% hydro coco medium set up. those are mother plants that will have their own space soon so dont mind the cramped space.


i added that fan yesterday and found it lowered the temp by 4F hope this runs under 82F even on hot days like the last one, small 2x2 space. two light baffled intake holes and high cfm and static pressure rated pc fan for exaust with light baffle which is still enough to achieve negative air pressure. on a side note, anyone know any available strains that are low grow odor? other than northern lights, and even if i end up getting northern lights, does it matter if it was bred with rudaralis or variences from the original genetics in terms of grow odor? i know they all smell but i read alot that there are strains like this out there.

I think you should be able to yield 2oz with that setup. I'm not familiar with that brand of light. Just maximize the canopy and the sooner those mothers get out of there the closer the smaller ones can get to the light. You may want to prop them up until then. Happy growing!

hello thanks for the response! yes they move today just got the other space. it was getting musty and too cramped but got new saucers to fit the 5 gal so that bag wont be there either recollecting salts. new to growing still and last time i lowered lights to mfg recommendations the leaves shows burning but i was letting coco dry and plain tap water but i learned how to feed and the frequencies, pretty much everything u need to know so i wonder what will happen this time when lowering led little by little. hope its not the lights.

planning on doing 2 or 4 at once , planted before learning the space rules for size tent this being 2x2 , want to learn how to get 2 oz with 2 planrs and eventually 1

Best i did in my 2x2.5' tent with 150w was 220g's. It was a scrog grow. Humidity was difficult.

how in the world??! i just trying to get the basics and get what they say you get with pots and space and light being lined up but after the basics and seeing how a couple or few harvests goes i will have time to study misc tips to see how to achieve things like this. if i may ask it would be an amazing priviledge to hear how you managed to do this? medium? type of light? i know you can bump the watts on led lights to be 600w but am really curius as u said 150w even if thats HPs thats a high yield

Dirt, with an led light.
Did use some liquid organic ferts mid flower. Those are 7 gallon pots.

Edit: Dirt was promix, amended with dte biolive.

wow i was hoping to hear LED because thats what as far as i seen makes this crazy awesome, dirt cheap 7 oz of what must of been top tier smoke for like 20$ in electricity 1.46 per watt - truly amazing. only find that leds do about .5 a watt for novice on average. must be real advanced dirt growing tactics as i found 7 gal is like 4 oz if everythings right, but i wouldnt know better which sucks to say, but this inspires me to try dirt sometime, i just have hard time reading signs as is in coco which is supposed be easy. just take things one day at a time.

A scrog is a bit of maintenance, but the return is worth it.
