Some buds getting moldy should I forfeit this harvest?

I have buds about 5 weeks away but I’ve been lazy on this round and humidity too high. Some lower buds showing mold but the tops are fine. Would the mold spores affect the tops if I clean everything up now? It’s mold not pm

If it is mold (hard to see in photos) you need to immediately change the humidity and get it to 50% or less. Mold grows typically in 50%+ humidity and in substances with high water content.

If you can stabilize at or below 50% you should be able to salvage anything not already moldy. Anything moldy GITFO ASAP.

Just remove try to make it to harvest removing anymore mold you see then bud wash before drying. 2 gallons water 1 32oz peroxide bottle. Another 2 gallons plain water to rinse giving 15 to 30 seconds in each bucket. The peroxide will kill mold and spores, left over or unseen. May have to skim water between several washings to remove film from surface. Let washed buds hang in front of a box fan or fan until no water appears to be on them and they feel dry to the touch then dry as normal
