nah she actually hacked my email and got into my youtube after we were broken up for 6mo! i woke up one day and no more videos… stopped making them for a long time. i’m really glad i have more
money and my own shop to dedicate to growing now. also my current GF is just as passionate as i am with cultivation wether it’s mycology or cannabis, etc she’s just as into it

got my SF 4000 installed second is on the way.
10 out of 10 seeds sprouted.
5x Member Berry
5x Cherry Gar-See-Ya
(pics not included but i also just put 11 more seeds in paper towels. 4 strains total for my outdoor greenhouse grow)
i can see the plant coming on the one pot with no sprout. this is within 24hr of sprout!
ALPHA FEM SEEDS from Ethos is what im running.
these are 1g starter pots(10) under an SF4K

so i keep my lights at 100% and adjust the height accordingly.
does anyone else do this or do majority of people adjust the lights brightness throughout the grow AND the height?

I usually start off around 75% for the first week and then go to 100% and play with the height. I found with my lights at least, running them at low power gave me funky twisted leaves on young plants that I don't get when I run them at full power. No clue as to why, but after years of trial and error I've just observed it enough to figure it's better for my COB setup to run at higher power. I'm sure everyone has a preference though.

I put this down to vpd usually, but less light intensity will do that considering leds don’t have much ir so the leaf doesn’t transpire as much, it can also happen if vpd is too low for whatever reason like high humidity or low ambients.
