Holes in new growth leaves

Hi, so I’m new to growing cannabis, only seen a few plants through so far. One of my current plants is developing yellowish spots on the new growth leaves which are turning into holes as they grow. I don’t think it’s pests because it’s only affecting the new growth. I’m thinking a nutrient problem. It was planted in basic potting soil with some good compost mixed in. I did give it some top mix dry organic 4-4-4 nutrients last week. I also have not checked the soil Ph. Just wondering if anyone has experienced in this. Like I said I’m very new to this and am super interested in learning as much as I can to make the ladies happy

How much 4-4-4 did you apply and what size container is your medium?
Picture of the full plant?
What are your temps? (highs and lows)
What is your humidity? (highs and lows)

Its in a 5 gallon pain. The nutrients called for 1tbsp per gallon but I only gave it 3 tbsp as it was the first time I was using them. They’re ment to be outdoors but it’s been a real cold spring, I’m not in a great growing zone in Canada here. I had really good results out on the deck last summer but it was very hot and dry.
They’ve been outside about a week and a half, that probably when it started. Temps between 19*C in the day and it went down to 1*C last night. It’s been raining for 4-5 days so I’ve brought them back in the house. Definitely not under controlled conditions.

yea I completely understand this is not by far the ideal environment for cannabis. It was 35*C here in the Canadians rockies at this time last year when I first tried growing outside. Not the case this year.
