Hey y'all I am wondering about laws here in OK about having someone extract my stuff for me? I'd really like to convert most of my stuff to rosin, but I don't want to buy a press quite yet.

You don't really need a press. There are other ways. What do here is make bubble hash and do an EC wash. It only takes enough EC to cover the hash. Filter it out it will come close to being half oil. Dry it however you chose. I like to distill it.

The laws in Oklahoma are so screwy you can't really get the job done. First, no one can touch anyone else's pot, except a caretaker. Maybe you could take it to a processor, but you can only have 3 oz on you at time. Probably have to hire someone with a transport license. Second, the long and short of it is everyone involved would be breaking the law.

If you haven't done it and would like I would be glad to pass on what little I know. I got a little fancy with a MMJ home lab but I started with a pan and a stove.

Thank you.i plant by moon cycles.on the 20s mainly.. i have always used basic blood meal.bone meal. A bag of cow manue and mix thoughly threw in some prealite and coco/ prelite mix.i do the out the of season when i prep my holes for next year..this year i will try mabee three difrent nute boosters products.bud booster.casndy.ect..and Do a comparison test..peace..happy fathers day

As much as I love Ok... l'd kinda like to be sitting on that balcony with Paige in Marseille having a glass of wine right about now. We stayed at the same place a few years ago. So... it's just me and Sadie (our dog) chilling in the house out of the heat. No word from my son today, so that kinda sucks too.

Thanks DWW. I've made various kinds of extracts over the years, and was even making vape cartridges for a while. I've done the Everclear route, and I have it on hand but I am growing my bud carefully and feel like I deserve better. I know, deserve's got nothing to do with it! LOL
Bubble hash isn't a bad idea, but I'm now hooked on my dab rig. hehe

Sucks about no processing. I might buy a little press. As it is I use more by eating it in coconut oil. My lungs aren't so hot anymore. Oh yeah, CBG mixed in works FANTASTIC for me as an antidepressant, plus I forget a whole lot less.

What kind of rig? I have a Dabbox that I use for kief and bubble hash and a Stary 3.0 for dry herb. Actually I don't smoke or vape anymore. All edibles.

What is it you want to hear. I've been thinking about starting a thread for "Legit MMJ Home Labs". The lab could be anything from the kitchen stove and a pot to whatever. That's what I started with.

Now I have a small lab with still that I use like a rotovac that I can't afford. All it's for is removing alcohol from the oil. Also, some filtering glassware and just getting started in chromography.

My keepers in the veg tent are getting their feet under them again after being neglected in starter pots for several months.. they didn’t fare too bad at all, I guess a testament to decent soil, kis Organics biochar. The Gadzooks from Thunderfudge is a bushy beast, top center. And the tent has been in the 100s lately as I’m not running AC, just have a powerful inline fan blowing into the tent causing + pressure making the heat go out the top vents above the lights, plus I’m running lights at night and off during the hot part of day. Gonna need an ac soon probably.

This is my outside setup for this year. Just potted these up before the pic; they oughta look better tomorrow. Running some of my own crosses this time:

and the one good female NL1 from the pack is flowering, only been outside for a few weeks. Guess she’ll reveg a bit since I planted her in the bed. All new to me not being in control of the light up there but there’s something that feels very right about having them outside. The plants smell at least 75% stronger in veg outside vs inside, so I’m excited to see how the flower turns out.

I have a puffco peak and I guess it could work for kief or bubble hash. I have a few units that can vaporize dry herb, but that’s mostly good for irritating my lungs.

I was doing everclear and then cleaning it up with pentane but I really want to avoid unneeded chemicals.

One of the best ways I've found to keep it clean is make bubble hash and just cover it with EC, filter it, dry it, and decarb. The oil comes out amber and clear.

If I just make qwet it takes a lot longer and I'm not that sure of the purity of the oil. If you just distill or boil the EC off anything foreign in the tinture will be condensed. If you make bubble hash you can run water over it until you know it's clean.

A new(er) way is RSO v2.0. It looks like "extreme clean". I think it was at graywolfslair.com. I think gray wolf is a member here under a different name.

We are going to have a lot of Christmas Trees this year. I missed topping when it should have been done but that's ok. Maybe it won't take 3 weeks to trim like llast year.

This morning a swarm of black and yellow bugs hatched in our vegetable garden. Thay turned out to be Kerns Flower Scarab Beetle. I looked them up and it turns out that all they eat is pollen. The swarm was big enough to clean up a hermaphrodite, if it would work. ??? Lady bug eat bugs, maybe we need these th eat pollen.
