She couldn't put traitors on the panel, they were all involved, so was McCarthy, they are all potential witnesses. Not to worry, they will all have their day in court, there are grand juries or will be and they can explain the whole thing to them, along with Trump. Remember, independent judges hear cases, if there is one and juries decide guilt or innocence, argue with the verdicts.

They will, before a grand jury(s) and at their trials, though they can't be compelled to testify, unless they have a pardon, then for these kinds of federal crimes they are an open book with no 5th amendment rights. Rudy, Ivanka and others insiders testified for hours behind closed doors, a sure sign they had pardons.

What would they say? Repeating lies under oath or to the FBI is a crime and repeating them in court or to a grand jury is perjury and for this the full 15 year sentence. If Gym Jordan or any of the others testified under oath, what could they say without going to prison?
