I am having a hard time watering my plants..

I feel like no matter what I do, I water incorrectly. I either give too little or too much (mostly the former). And doing the 'finger knuckle wetness test' does not give me accurate results., it will feel moist but then three hours later my plants are doing a curtsy.

How do I water my plants EFFECTIVELY? Or better yet, why don't they just walk to the faucet and water themselves? They've been around for how many millions of years? Can grow roots n stems, leaves n shit, but can't grow legs, USELESS

I use a solo cup, pour one full cup on one side of the plant, then pour another on the other side of the plant. Wait 15 minutes, then repeat. Wait another 15 minutes then repeat. It's a long slow process but it makes the plants happy lol!

That's a easier proccess than mine. I use a 1gal sprayer & each plant takes about 15mins of constant spraying, moving leaves out of way + rotating. Think i'll try your much easier method lol

Medium? Nutes? Pics? And basically more info in general.

But I have a feeling you're a lost sock.

I'm using 4.00 round pots, similar to yours.

I'm using or trying to use this guide https://www.growweedeasy.com/how-much-water-do-i-give-my-plant but it's very hard to follow, the plant feels the same whether or not it's been watered. The soil as I've mentioned also appears wet, but then dries out almost as soon as I walk away. I'll xome back in a few hours and the plant looks like it got dropped out on life support

My absolute best advice as a fairly new grower myself:

Grow in coco until you get a better handle on the rest of "plant mechanics". Growing in coco almost eliminates your chance of overwatering, BUT don't get lazy or it'll fuck your shit up but it can also bounce back quicker which is another bonus.

3gal pots, coco, GH trio + Armor Si & CaliMagiC, pH up/down. Nebula @ Growweedeasy recommends this stuff for good reason.

Not sure if this gives you any information to render better judgment on offering me advice to water the plants effectively..

Like I said, I like to water once a day. But when is the best time to water? At the start of the light cycle or right before bed?

They look like you might be drowning them. Loving them too much, :bigjoint:.

They need to breathe.

But more info would help. Soil, coco, salts, organics, water, etc.
