i like my crab cakes without the breading.I would do crimes for good crab cakes.

There is a small Asian market near our new home. There are some benefits to living in a city again. I noticed there are two kinds, one has a gold color on the top, the other was silver. I'm not sure of the difference.That's the good Oyster Sauce!
Next time you're there check to see if they have Red Boat Fish Sauce. It's the best there is. You don't need it for cooking but if you use fish sauce uncooked, say salad dressings or poured over beef you need to try it.There is a small Asian market near our new home. Interesting how long a history it has too. The Roman's and civilizations prior to them used garum which is a fermented fish sauce as a condiment too!Nuoc mam is tough to appreciate.

I air fried those. It's too hot to light the grill for just a few skewers.They were incredible, nice juicy fatty meat crusted with cumin and crushed chillies.That looks amazing. Did you grill the lamb?
