Theres lots chants, black trumpets,puff balls, Cows just to name a few. They sure dont grow in the winter?There aren't a whole lot of known edible mushroom varieties in the summer. Chanterelles would be the most common.
Ya theres a deadly lookalike need to cut that egg open to be sure. they are part of the amanita familyNumber 1 is an egg that a face hugger comes out of, I would stay away from that one at least
