do you think her mom had a secret affair with Norm Crosby, and she is the result?
or is it just that both her parents were missing chromosomes?
If the democrats win they can pass a new law, anybody sitting for congress must first sit for an IQ test, before swearing the oath and taking their seat. The test results of all members shall be made public within 30 days and no member with a subnormal IQ may be seated, until a special election is held in their district! :o Message: send us better material, the job is only as good as the fools allow it to be, morons send morons to congress, do better!

Considering the genes in question, the probability of that is as low as a lottery win.
i'm not so sure of that...you have to look at it from a socio-economic class point of view...
people who live in the same area will stratify, and associate with those in the same social strata.
the practices of those within a strata will be similar. if inbreeding is encouraged to retain a "pure genetic strain"...then it will be encouraged within that entire strata...look at European "royalty". Im surprised the English royals can cross a street without someone holding their hand.
so to assume that crossbreeding with people who have been practicing the same inbreeding as your family has, will be of benefit, is perhaps shortsighted...you might get something even worse than you started with.
