I totally get why people are dubious about Grove bags, I was too at first. I used to use plastic turkey bags to cure back when I was growing outdoors, but I decided to try them during my last cycle because one of my buddies swears by them. They are totally unlike curing in a sealed jar or sealed plastic/mylar bag-the grove bags really do what they say they do with off gassing. I have tons of mylar bags around for storing food long term, but I would never pick one over a grove bag. You really have to see the results for yourself to be convinced-that's how it was for me. I cured a jar full of buds along with the bags during my last cycle and there was no comparison between the two-the jarred buds were very average by comparison. Months later I open up one of these grove bags and the terps are so fresh and pure it blows my mind, while the jarred buds have that muted "cured" smell, where you can't really single out a specific odor, more like a generalized mild "fruity" smell, rather than a sharp strawberry or blueberry. Nothing I've ever tried has protected the terps like these bags. One tip for those who try these-don't heat seal the bag right away. Keep your hygrometer in the window until the RH is stable where you want it without burping. Depending on how wet/dry your buds are, you might need to reduce the moisture more before sealing them in-too much moisture and the bags won't keep up with it. Once I see them stable for a day at 55%, I seal them in and they are golden. The lower RH in the buds is very important to protect your terpenes-when people jar up their buds too moist, that's the worst thing you can do for your terps.
