We are entering Week 6 of flower.
Peak flowering is here now.
After a nice defoliation on day 21 of flower we got nice airflow and recovery.
Blueberry Cheesecake
This girl is sporting 4 decent size colas and 2 medium length colas that are filling in nicely.
Nice grouping of satellite buds which I trained to fill in the middle.
She is 131.7 cm tall. She did throw out some male flowers due to stress after I defoliated heavy on day 21 of flower. She's very sticky. Lots of trichs and the smell is getting stronger.
I removed the pot spacer to gain 2.5" so I didn't need to Supercrop them. I also rotate the pot every 3 days to give each cola equal lighting.
I had to add 2 8ft stakes to help hold them up as they are already getting heavy for the string I tied around all of them a couple weeks ago. I also used string to anchor to the tomato cage. Pipe cleaners utilized as well. I can slide the colas pipe cleaner on the cage to adjust the distance between each cola to ensure adequate airflow to reduce chance of mold.
Aurora Indica
This girl from Nirvana is living up to the breeders description perfectly. Nice 2ft tall indica bush with excellent symmetry. Excellent genetics and hope the smoke and taste matches
She is 63.5cm tall and has at least 6 main colas
She is filling in nicely and should be matured before the other 3 girls. The buds are similar looking to my purple kush I grew last grow. So she exhibits alot from her Afghani lineage.
Smell is picking up as well.
Blue Dream
This girl is sporting 6 main colas and 2 medium sized colas. The buds are filling in nicely. She's got some sativa leaves. I expect flowering to probably take longer. We will see.
She is 102cm tall. She has a lot of trichromes now and she's starting to smell. So far no issues with her. She looks very yummy.
A few of the older bottom leaves are showing signs of aging and will probably fall off eventually.
Granddaddy Purple X DoSiDos
This random cross from Expert Seeds is looking good. The nodes have more space so the buds won't completely fill in the gaps. They are full of pistils nice size nugs. Seems to be an indica leaning phenotype.
She has gotten a stronger smell and is developing trichromes. I did prop her up on a bucket and some other box to get the canopy up since the Blueberry Cheesecake is so tall I had to zip tie the light to the ceiling of the tent. So I had to prop up the other 3 girls to make sure they get enough light.
