Plants really really prefer dyer medium ,unless straight perlite,then they dont care plenty of oxygen soaking wet.
Soggy or wet medium has major effect on calcium .also trace nutes ,but more so with calcium.
they look good,most people wouldnt even worry about what you have showing up.

take an old leaf hold it up to the light look at the back side and see if you see any discoloration in between the veins. red veins is usually stress unless it is genetic.
