Hey guys new to Forum, I’m new to growing my plant has 5 leaves nothing more does anyone know if it’s a hybrid or Sativa my plant app says it’s sativa

Sprayed the tops of the soil daily with citric acid to kill gnats. Microbelift was doing nothing.
I had to deal with gnats recently, and microbelift wasn't doing the job either. My gnats came in from some rice hulls I mixed into my coco, and there were a lot of them. I was spraying with citric acid too in addition to the microbe lift, and the little fuckers kept coming. Finally, I switched to an oil based spray, and also did a drench with the oil based stuff in the root zone. That along with continued microbelift, finally got rid of almost all of them. I still have a few lingering, but their days are numbered.

Yup I think I almost have them beat too. See the odd one flying and I’ll spray that fucker mid air with the acid.

I have rooted clones right now of each plant so I could just kill the moms off and be rid of them for good, but I want to see how long I can keep these bonsais going.

Which oil based spray and drench?

Which oil based spray and drench?
I actucally mixed two products together. I used Green Cleaner, which is soy and corn oil, mixed with Dr Earth Final Stop, which is more of an essential oil type of spray.

Microbe-Lift works pretty good for me. You just have to do it often. Another thing you can use I've heard is Spinosad. Personally I wouldn't want to put much citric acid in my living soil.

Maybe I have a resistant strain of gnats, but the microbelift definitely wasn't cutting it alone, even with increased dosages. I was just spraying with citric acid, not a drench in the soil.

I decided to try an oil based drench after seeing this post on IG, and it seems to have worked, although I didn't add any ISO:

I had to use it every watering for awhile. Now I'm down to like every other watering. I use a little more than just a couple drops a gal though.
