i used old soil and they were just thrown in the ground. growing out here isnt even worth it anymore.

the fence was there from the 215 days when you werent supposed to have more than 25 plants per property. most people put those up and made it look like more people lived there and made 4 sites of 25 to have 99 plants on a property.Love it. But that little fence isn't gonna keep me out,
