Blunt force trauma IMO sounds like the type of damage from being in a car wreck or being hit by a car. Even if she ragdolled it down the stairs , she was suffering from hip issues and avoided the doctor like the plague. She should have had multiple breaks and injuries , 73 years old for god’s sake.
