AC in tent. Good idea?

I'm thinking of getting a portable AC to have in my tent.
Controlling temperature has always been a challenge but now that I'm switching from soil to hydro I'm also thinking that it's gonna be a good way to keep the reservoir temperature down.

Does this sound like a plan?
Is there a chance that the AC makes the tent too dry?

Lung room is what you need to look into. AC treats the air in the lung room. Intake takes treated air into tent. Outtake takes hot air out of house (or not back into the lung room).

i doubt low humidity will be an issue once you get the plants and water in the tent.

Also portable AC’s sucks compared to window units. I didn’t believe it. I have a nice portable…it sucks compared to my window unit.

I know that they suck but it's my only option
You can seal them up a little bit to make them better. I kind of built a little enclosure around mine to prevent leaking.

there Is ways of modifying the window units so they don’t actually hang out your window
