Why is the stem red ???

What are your temps. I have a strain that does this regardless of temps. I've read it's usually temperature based though.
It’s 72 rn usually around mid 60s at night

I'd gamble on low temps. If you can raise them, do so.
I have another one In the same area that never turned red do you still think it’s temp or genetics it’s white widow auto

I'm growing 2 ww autos from dutch passion. 14 weeks in. My lights are off right now or I would check the stems. Ive been growing liberty haze for a year and the stems stay red.
Just checked recent photos. My ww stems are red.

If you are worrying about the color of the stem at this point you’re in for a long grow. Leave it alone and let it do it’s thing.

Your plant looks fine. You might want to turn the light up, or lower it a bit. Looks like it's starting to stretch a little.
