i know who they are. tent is 1.7 x 3 ft. no arrays work that i have seen. would love to though...and get teh Uvb.
Migro aray4+red is 18x 39" BUT if you take the center stiffener out, it will fit perfect and give you the option to hang at different heights if need be. Literally perfect light spread in that size tent and maximum power without having to add co2. Same price $295 on amazon or his website free shipping. Still runs off the one driver which is able to be put outside the tent, needs to sit close to canopy which gives you plenty of room above for your filter.

What's the variance on the smart plug?
5-10% on the ballast and 5-10% on the plug and there's your extra watts. Seems like you don't even know what the light is supposed to pull and I'm not even really understanding what you're misunderstanding....
Good luck though... Hope you find what you're looking for...?

i would put 1000w if i could fit it in the tent
There is a point where the plants can't use more light, you would likely fry them to a crisp. Lights being too powerful will cause problems, not make things better. Also if your carbon filter is in the way why not just put it outside the tent. A 6" is also overkill for your space but unlike light that's not a big deal. Put the filter outside the tent and push the air though it instead of pulling the air though it inside the tent.

it goes to the outside. i have done that in the past, but it needs to be this way for this setup. i had planned on using a 4inch when i designed it, but had heat problems. with 6inch fans/filters i can keep the temps low.

i saw it and am considering it. the only issue is that is uses all the realestate up. i won't have room for the filter...i have to put it in the tent, no other option.

How tall is your tent? Trying to help. Lol but its hard without seeing your setup because picturing it my head you would have plenty of room. Post a pic of your setup if possible.

I measured wattage on my old blurples (vs450par)...it matches the reported draw perfectly. it is the lights, not the measurement. wattage is monitored in real time, it waffles about +/- 1w. a 240w light that pulls 270w is the problem. why? i called ACI, the said it was defective and to send it back. i reminded them that both lights are like this. they are looking into it...it's the first time someone mentioned it to them. howver there are posts on the web that also document this.

this is the inside. i can't get a pic of the inside top part until tonight.
Do you have enough room for the ac light? Also why is the duct running all the way down in the tent and what is that duct to? Trying to wrap my head around your setup.

I have changed it some since the pic...that is inlet air....it is piped to the bottom from the top you can see the inlet on the closet pic ...now it is across the canopy. The outtake is at the top going straight up, not pictured

Just my advice, you need only the carbon filter setup working the top of tent and blowing out from the top of tent going into your attic or where ever it runs to, to get rid of hot air and smell. But it all needs to stay at the top since heat rises. If you want to put AC into the tents then run a duct into the bottom of your tent but only a few inches inside the tent and secure it that way so it does not take up and room. Then you wont have any duct in the way at all. Thatll give you approximately 42" of height left to work with (and thats just an estimate idk how wide your exhaust fan is so im giving it 18") As long as you keep your plants under 2ft (from the ground not soil) which is doable with proper lst and the right strain choices then that will give you around 18" from light to top of canopy. (Might even have more space, again these are estimates of measurement but im exaggerating them so youll likely have more room than i am stating) Start heavy LST training and pick shorter genetics to keep your plants short and stout. Buy a migro aray 4+red. Bada boom bada bing. Good to go!

I have it vented on the top but the filter is on the tent. There are no bottom holes. And no space anyway.

Get creative and make a hole and seal it or add material to cover it. And thats my point with the light. Itll give you an inch on each side. You cant get a better fit bro.

with a different light? currently it covers pretty well. i was worried that with a smaller board i would need to rely on raising the light to get the spread. this can just shine straight down and cover a large portion of the tent. i had some issues finding lights that fit the tent. most better ones assume you are in a 2x4 or 4x4.

The migro 4 is literally the perfect size for your space you wont have to worry about corners or sides not getting enough light. You will get great spread, maximum power and perfect hanging height. And you can dim it from 0-100%. Your original post was for help on a new light thats my opinion for you. I just figured i would try to help you out with opening up your space in the tent by getting rid of the huge duct. Lol i like to build things and also conserve space if possible so i saw opportunity with your setup and gave you my advice. Keep me updated on your setup though your plants look great so your doing good either way!

thanks. i do like the migro. the issue is that, even if i take out the middle spacer, i won't have space to fit the carbon filter at the top of the tent. if i put it at the bottom i have to drop a plant or two....that would not be good. even with the ACI, i will have to move it off center about an inch or two to make space. i wish i could have used the 4inch filters, it was important. one of my tents has had virtually no stretch in 2.5 weeks, so height is not an issue at all. the other, the indica tent of course, won't stop stretching. i have about 6 inches left to the 18inch to light mark. height might not be an issue, but it is getting close...stupid og kush genes. i fim and lst and flipped at 1 foot tall. max height of plant minus light and bucket height is about 2.5 feet which is fairly short. i wish i could get more than that. last tent of 7ft tall....they didn't make a taller tent that was 20x36.
