Please people STOP using Boveda!

It really seems that newbies and unexperienced smokers and growers are using Boveda. I DISPISE Boveda!

Please read up on Boveda because it's not good to use for Cannabis.

In my experience it ruins curing basically. It ruins the natural humidity level inside the flower and cant let it continue curing. It stays too moist etc.

It also ruins the flavor/terpenes of the curing bud by adding it's "salts" into the bud. In all forms its unnatural and I can totally tell the quality of cured bud has diminished.

Please please stop using Boveda people...

Me in my experience I used once but I smoked the weed way to fast now I got bunch of jars with them boveda packs looking pretty so for me not a good fit but if you don't smoke that much I can see them being pretty good

I always have them on hand. I don't always add them to my 64oz jars. Only if I feel the buds are over dry will I add a Boveda pack. Doesn't change anything for me other than adding moisture if needed.

I had to look up what a boveda was and I saw tobacco.
That was an instant warning sign for me so I would say hell no I wont.

Now some of you may ask me what method do I use and I would say the Hobo method.
That is where you use paper bags to dry and pay a hobo to keep it just right :P

Well it is a bad joke but it was free.
I use paper bags for sure.

Now in Amsterdam of circa 2009 the wisdom was a slow and controlled reduction in humidity.
That included introducing humidity as needed while the temperature was maintained accordingly.
I did smoke some of that weed and I agree with Franco Loja who shared the bud with me that smooth is smooth.
RIP Franco and thanks for the memories.

So what is the ideal here?
There are times I google for a machine that can do what they did but I don't know exactly what I am looking for.
