How do you measure 30mg THC?

Without proper lab equipment it is a guesstimate. Trick is to use extraction methods that result in a higher infusion rate and better effects.
I used a TCheck to measure the strength of my butter infusion.
Recipe called for 14 tablespoons (15ml/tbl) butter. 14 tbl*15 ml/tbl = 210 ml
210 ml * 5.9 mg/ml = 1239 mg
1239 mg/48 cookies = 25.8 mg/cookie
LOL My math was a little off. What can I say I was a high.

Test burger.
Pan fried the burger. Juicy. Smoky.
Big English muffin was a good call.
Chutney is so bright and fresh for something cooked. Almost a salsa.
Forgot to mention fresh ginger in the chutney ingredients.
That and the ground coriander bring it.
Pineapple is forward but tamed by the sugar and vinegar.
Cheese, I used a Gorgonzola dolce. I think even that is more assertive than I’d like.
I’m thinking Camembert might be a better frame.
Off to the store.

Smallest capers in store here. That’s how mini the pizza is. Made 3 for 2 persons. Upside is the last piece is as hot at as the first.
That burger looks delicious.
I'd try Grana Padano or Manchego. That looks fantastic!

In hindsight, it didn’t need the fat from the cheese.
Manchego would have been great.
But heck you coulda put that pineapple chutney on cardboard and be happy.
