Solfire Space Juice & Gas Nana

Starting this new round with 2 Solfire cultivars. Soaked them in room temperature water on 7/16. They popped and are showing a tap root within 24 hours. Placed beans between a wet paper towel inside a ziplock bag. Placed both bags on a heat mat. Expecting to transplant into solo cups by tomorrow, 7/18. Found this germination method has been working out consistently for me. First pic is space juice and second is gas nana. Always exciting starting new life.

Transplanted both in the solo cup today. Gas nana seems like she’ll be vigorous. Placed in my propagation tent set to 80 degrees / 65% RH. Placed solo cups in a humidity dome to reach the desired humidity level. Should pop above soil in the next 48 hours. Using the kind x40 veg lights which have been performing well.

Coasting along for the most part. Have been feeding 6.4 pH @ 1.5 EC every 2 days until runoff. Tent has been hovering around 87 degrees and humidity around 65%. Going to top them in the next couple of days and then transfer them in 5 gal pots next weekend. Pic is from last week. They grew about an inch since.

Update: Trimmed them down. Both cultivars are growing about .5 inches a day. I have the LEDS set to 50% with 1000ppms of CO2. Mini split is set to 85, ambient temps range from 82-85. Humidity is between 64-70. Gas nana had slight signs of nitrogen toxicity. Currently using MaxiGro from general hydroponics. Formula is 4g per gal of maxigro + .5 ml per gal power si original. Plants seem to like it. Will switch to flower in about a week. Wanting to let gas nana recover after a last-minute topping.

Flipped them to flower on 9/18. Space juice is really taking off at this point. I like her structure, should flower nicely. Gas nana Is growing short. No stretch whatsoever. Will probably be an indica smoke.

Beginning my flower feed tonight. Athena pro core + Bloom + power si bloom. Athena feeding program attached. I popped some more beans a few days ago, including gas nana #2 which will be going in after this run. Trying to get a better structure. It’s hard growing indicas in my setup since I typically grow 5+ feet hybrids.

Day 14 update: feeding 3.0 EC @ 6.3 pH using a growlink controller to automate the irrigation.

Space Juice. She is a stretchy one. Not getting much smell on the stem rub.



Gas nana: not stretching much. Has a nice sweet gas smell on the stem rub. She's about 2 ft, still slowly stretching.
