Not a big sushi fan, but let me guess anyways. Tuna and salmon?
Nice. Where's the yellowtail and eel? All I know is the middle is the Rainbow Roll is usually stuffed with imitation crab and stuff. But like I said I'm a rookie. Only had it a couple times. My son loves it though.Salmon, tuna, yellowtail, eel.
It's not too late. You can save the onion rings with some Tartar Sauce.Well I screwed up and let the onion rings get too dark. The fried chicken was a solid 10. Colonel Sanders just went down in flames. The onion rings I'm a little embarrassed about. After I took the chicken out I didn't pay close enough attention to the temperature and it got too hot. The lady said she likes them well done. They were a little too greasy for me. I think she was just being nice because she knew I was disappointed. They sucked because I walked away. I was fiddling around for a minute or two with something when I should have been pulling them out of the oil.
The chicken was a definite winner though. Probably some of the best I've ever made. The damn onion rings spoiled everything. I don't even like them that much. I just make them for the lady and it pisses me off that I over fried them.
Tartar sauce is an abomination. It's not too late. You can save the onion rings with some Tartar Sauce.
It rubs the tartar sauce on the autos.Tartar sauce is an abomination.

I have a friend who says that's the best cut bar none. The price is nice. Just glove up before you rub.
