Humidity issues

Hi, wondering if anyone can give me an idea has how I can lower my humidity while still bringing in fresh air from outside, I currently have one plant @ 4 wks into flower which is in my 3' x 3' x 6' homemade tent. I'm exhausting into a duct that runs up a ventilation chimney out the top of the house and pulling fresh air in through another duct @ the window via a small ventilation intake fan, temp I'm the tent is 24 degrees/75 Fahrenheit and RH is around 75 , the trouble is the outside RH is in the mid 80s so I'm always going to be pulling in high humidity.. Cheers all

I would quit drawing air from the outside and just draw it from the room. And if the house humidity is too high, throw a dehumidifier in the room that the tent is in. No reason to pull intake air from the outside.
