VIVOSUN has a new look! We’ve been working hard on our rebrand and we’re really happy with how it is coming along. We believe our new look better represents our commitments to our core values and our brand pillars, which can be found on our website.

Our rebrand helps our image match our brand to our quality products. In the coming years, all our products sport this new design but that doesn’t mean our “old” design is obsolete – it’s still the same great product you’ve come to expect from us, just with a new face. So while you may receive a product with our old branding for the next 1 – 2 years as we make this difficult shift, you’re still getting the best!

You might think of including your overseas customers in your giveaways, you have no problem shipping to us but the giveaways are US/Canada only

A bit of feedback on your T5HO lights, they are rubbish. I bought 2 and both of them had 2 bulbs go out. They were replaced and the same thing happened again. Sadly, I'll never go near Vivosun ever again!
I am sorry for your poor experience, We would of been happy to continue helping you until you were satisfied with your order.

6" carbon filter sucked. I guess "you get what you pay for? Instead of just a different sticker is their anyway you could improve your products? I know nothing about big business or marketing but I do believe if you have a quality/affordable product it will sell itself. After a vivosun and 2 AC infinity carbon filters I ended up with a can66 and couldn't be happier. Out of the 3 their the only one I don't see and advertisements from. Good luck I hope the rebranding works out for everyone.

Can you expand on how this slight logo change better represents your core values and brand pillar? All I see is a different color background and slightly different font.
As a potential new customer, I see a company more concerned with image than quality products - as evidenced by some of the comments here.

replaced with higher quality components that will make the technology more efficient, which is the kind of brand we are aiming to be. In fact, we have made a lot changes to our products specifically due to customer feedback, from our tents to our lights to ventilation to accessories like our dehumidifiers, we constantly are reviewing customer comments and feedback and emails that are sent to us to see how we can integrate good ideas into our products. It's unfortunate that sometimes our changes go unnoticed but that does not bother us too much, we are more interested in developing quality products than being the biggest brand.
Regarding your question about how the logo better represents our core values, this is a major change for us internally. While we do want our core values to be public, the logo is much more of a reminder for ourselves that we should be aiming for products and services that are easy to use, intelligent, high quality, inspiring, help people live healthier lives, and empower our customers to reach their goals without interfering in their lifestyle. These are kind of like guidelines for when we're thinking of developing a new product - does this new light (for example) meet all the criteria for our brand? Are we answering customer questions in helpful, intelligent, and inspiring ways? We want to define our company on these terms, both in the kinds of products we develop and sell and in the interactions we have with our community. The logo better fits our identity as a hydroponics and lighting company and it stands as a reminder to ourselves that we are growing as a company and have higher aspirations than what was embodied in our company culture under the previous logo.
