Tough call between this one and the Mars Hydro SP 3000, I like how efficient his thing is (Hydra 3200) at lower watts, and the corner ppf of the Hydra is 100 ppf higher than the Mars Hydro. (850 on the corners is crazy). And it seems this Hydra will run cooler than the Mars. Just not sure that's worth $100 more than what you could get the MArs for right now (with it's 13% discount code). Tough call.

Migro has also verified the par maps for the Hydra 3200 light
I just purchased the Atreum Hydra 3200 last week. Scheduled to arrive this Thursday. I got the last one from the Mfr web site but some of the other LED light sites still show some stock of the light. The Mars Hydro SP3000 was also on my short list. A couple things sold me on the Hydra. I like the design with the diode density higher at the ends and the large footprint. With the diodes spread out over a larger footprint than the SP3000 you get even coverage and s/b better distribution of heat as well vs hot spots. Also a few reviewers on Mars Hydro products have had trouble with warranty service. The Atreum has a 5 year warranty from a US company with an office in Seattle. Especially nice if you're in the PNW. Also my tent is the Spider Farmer 4 x 2 which has an oversized footprint of 55" x 28" I love the extra space but most lights struggle to put down a solid 4 x 2 footprint and with the larger tent you come up even shorter on the ends and corners. I know I won't quite get the PAR map CoCo got in his video with the larger tent but Atreum does spec the light to cover a flower footprint up to 3' x 5' Am looking forward to trying her out.

So you took the last one...... grrrr . I highly doubt the 3x5 flower footprint. Should work for you regardless. Most likely 3x5veg, and 4x2 flower. Still on the fence to which one to grab. All of them are really good. Good times.

Hey someone had to get the last one :) I know, I'm usually the guy who is getting ready to get ready to buy something when it sells out. My tent footprint is just over 10.5 Sq Ft so the 320 watts should be about perfect in there with no CO2. Psyched to give the light a spin around the block.

Did you buy one? That rocks dude. It looks like a great choice of light. If the Mfr sold out there's a good chance the vendors may start selling out as well. There are a lot of good lights out there, but this light looks like a really good value for performance right now.

I was on and off this weekend on the purchase, when they finally excepted the CCFC discount code was when I pulled the trigger. Curious to see the real world PPF values. I'm upgrading from 2 Mars Hydro 1000s so ....think they'll be a little better. :)

Didn't read that far in but I'd go with around 300 watts from wall, with dimmer for vegging. This gives you 37.5 watts per square foot for flowering. Which is sufficient to grow dense nugs. Removable driver is good option. Some real good light companies out there making quality lights. I'd try to find a 3 and 4 Kelvin mix with added 660 nm deep reds. Uv and ir are optional and up to you to deem necessary or not. Best of luck on choice, blurples and fanned lights are not good choice.

I used the CCFC code also. Thank you Coco. Should be a nice upgrade. I am upgrading from some Maxsisun PB1500's The quantum boards are pretty good and efficient but the hot spots in the center are less than ideal. Some are better than others, but it looks like the bar lights are emerging as the better option for coverage and spread. The designed diode spacing on the Hydra improves even more upon the coverage.

just arrived, but won't be able to set it up till the next round of grow (couple of weeks) So I'll have to wait to hear what you think of it, when does your baby come in?
