I have striped some of the bottom branches and new growth that wouldn’t ammoumt to much at the end. I left the big fan leaves down there cause why not? The plants could eat them up later on in flower.
Yes keep those. My plants aren’t always pretty, I see lower leaves getting eaten by the plant later in flower (week 5+) & just let em go. Their demise is usually benefited by the shaded bud sites underneath.

Grow a plant without purple petioles, and you'll never lose leaves. The blue leaves and purple petioles you see every where don't mean excess veg nutes as much as they indicate a lack of bloom nutes.

That's what blue leaves and purple petioles are: Future dead leaves. Built up photosynthate, irreversible damage by lack of phloem transport. The color of Cannabis has changed from glowing neon greens and yellows to dull blues and grays over the years.. We can pretend it's a good thing all we want. It's just bad nute profiles. I've ran lots of popular soils and the plants lose their smell and start turning blue very quick... Then the leaves fall off within 2 months. Not normal.

Don't tell me this crusty shit is a goal.. Those leaves are full of sucrose, and can't process it. No one honestly wants to smoke crusty phloem restricted bud but that's what people are growing. The nute game is a fucking joke.
