I can’t like comments.
I use to be able to react. But I only come on in my outdoor grow season. I must have lost my right to react because I stopped posting for a year. Thanks for your responseYou need to reach a certain post count. Not sure what the number is but it's pretty low.
No it's not true. Those leaves are making energy/food for the flowers. Your brother apparently doesn't understand photosynthesis. The fan leaves make more than they use. They are not taking energy that would go to the flowers they are making it. Basic plant science 101.Should I remove fan leaves during flowering?
My bother keeps telling me that the plant is wasting energy on keeping the fan leaves alive when it could be using that energy for fat buds. Is this true?
LIke I’ve always said on here, there is no one and only way to grow. It’s great to get advice, but after a few years you get to Know what works for you. I’m like you, I literally give away pounds over the course of the year. I’m in Oregon and there are still gas stations where attendants will wash your windshield, if he/she washes my windshield I offer them a 2g pre-roll.I constantly pulled leaves off during flower on my last run to give them air flow. I'm in a high humidity environment so powdery mildew prevention treatment results in higher yields vs focusing on larger buds. The bigger, tighter buds just make them more susceptible to PM. I'm not worried about quantity any longer. I will always have more than I need.
Have you ever been to another state and pulled into a gas station and waited for the attendant only to get honked at for sitting there before realizing that you have to pump your own gas? I've done that a few times. People can't believe that you can't pump your own gas here. It's the same in New Jersey but every other state has self serve.LIke I’ve always said on here, there is no one and only way to grow. I’ve got a Bump Buddy that makes 34 at a time, I always keep a bunch on hand.
Its different here. If you’re in a rural town (I am) then you can pump your own gas even if there is an attendant. One of my cars is a VW tdi. Diesel has always been pump your own and I prefer that because there’s an air release valve just inside where the nozzle goes that gets you 2 more gallons in the tank, most attendants can’t figure it out, or don’t want to waste time doing it. I’m also on the border with Washington which is a pump your own state.Have you ever been to another state and pulled into a gas station and waited for the attendant only to get honked at for sitting there before realizing that you have to pump your own gas?
