all businesses - large and small - pay taxes; why should this be any different?
All business. Large and small. Do not pay absurd amounts of tax because they sell something everyone wants. And there is a hand full of states that don’t pay tax and prioritize taxes a different way. Like Nevada for small small example. Or your local bud guy a larger one. Cold food. No tax. So much government controlled bullshit to only benefit the super rich.

State county and city. Three separate taxes. 20 dollar gram. 24.04 out the door. That’s bonkers. Imagine your weed guy 10 years ago told you 20 a 8. And then asked for tax. City. County and state. Lmao.

Ya. That’s not happing here. Ours are small family’s.
There are lots of illegal grows across the country diverting water from creeks, spraying banned pesticides, polluting the waterways, etc... People wanted legalization and now many of those people are finding out that legalization does not mean an income for them. They need to find another source of income instead of circumventing the rules.

30 years ago I paid $50 an 1/8th; today I pay the same - or less - after taxes.
30 years ago I had to worry whether it was weighed accurately.
30 years ago I had to worry about getting busted by the cops.
30 years ago I had to page the dude, wait, maybe he comes through - and if he did it was all the same strain.
I could go on and on

Yup; while watching that Netflix doc Murder Mountain I was amazed at the number of folks that had no clue it takes money to run a business.

GROWS. Im not about that crap. Did you not see my fucking property.

we were talking about grey market clubs. That bud. Does not go to grey shops. That weed is trash. usually turned all over the country. The shops I’m-referring to are family owned. No different than

you and I wanted to start a club. With no violent intentions other than making a living. And not getting rich at that.

grey market clubs are usually licensed in cbd sales and not thc. But obviously you see what’s happing. Hell. Smoke shops are selling flower now. Illegally. And still better than rec dispos.

I just bought pbb seeds from 420everthing because I had a 25 dollar coupon that was about to expire. Like wtf. Lol.
Anyhow. My point being. The rec shops are giving a lot of money to the government to go in some else pocket. And leave us community confused on where 90% of it’s at. It’s a market I don’t support because it’s destroying the culture. I miss the 215 days. Pot shops everywhere and everyone was happy. 420 like 420. Weed was never taxed at any medical shops. That was a joke. Maybe I’m just used to legal weed in California. 2005-2015. Was not like this.

50 an eight. Thanks for proving my point. Dank is 25 tops. If your buying weed.
I’ve never had to worry about police. Been legal since 96. And no. I never had to page someone who lived down the street.

2 different worlds I guess. My bad to cross you wrong.
