Iceland is also known as the land of Ice and Fire, It is the most volcanicly active land in the world. Was Origanally founded by Vikings, and is a very beautiful place...

Yeah and 80 percent of the country is powered by geothermal energy because its so volcanic, amazing place actually. When im a tad older and settled down certaintly going to travel to iceland seems amazing.

And that's just so i could buy a ticket and have money to live with incase it goes bad.

well obviously you never checked on ticket prices to Iceland. tickets are expensive as FUCK and they're in a horrible depression right now (economically), so everything's expensive as fuck! $1500 would get you on a plane, but that's it. go to the closest bar and you'll find that a beer is $9 American. it's an expensive country, but beautiful as all hell. politically, they run themselves quite well, but the cost of living is high mate!

if your departure dates are flexible, you could get a ticket for $2000. that's the cheapest. my friends and i could barely even stay in hostels while there. however, the dude's right about buds - they're damn near impossible to find.
