Not sure if she is ready or not, any advice?

With so much clear in the trichs and just a few slightly amber, I think what you might be seeing is the reflection or coloration from adjacent orange pistils. Only you can tell for certain. I've see this a lot when they are in this stage. If it really matters to you, snip a small sample from a leaf or something that looks to be amber and look at it under magnification on a white sheet of paper in good light. Otherwise, I say it looks good considering what you've told us. Hang in there.

You will probably have to chop one way or another ….. you have necrotic sugar leaves entering buds.
Not good at all - that can lead to inner mold and necrosis. If you take it down for harvest , I highly recommend breaking all colas down .
That way you can further inspect inside. Forget leaving whole colas for pics - concentrate on what that dead leaf has been doing inside buds.

Besides , there are no fan leaves to keep plant going. Looks like somebody got too anxious with trimmers and pretrimmed.

Here is another plant, same strain, planted same time and got the same feed and everything. Looks so much different.

Looks like feed was off a bit - not end of world . Needs more time. But I would pluck the dead leaf at main cola .
Brown crispy ones. Not sure what you are feeding her but if she is still drinking regularly then give her a good bloom feed .
Nothing to crazy as there has been some nute burning .
