Hey guys I'm thinking of giving powdered nutes a run. I use H&G in coco. All the American recommendations for powdered nutes aren't available here.

What powdered nutes would I look into? Coco DTW

Anything that's good for hydroponic tomatoes will be a good place to start. I can't find a link for you right now, but Campbell's T brand seems to ring a bell with me?? You'll need to adjust the PK into/during flower.

MKP is available from a lot of places.

Using about 0.5g/l in the last few weeks of flower (this isn't prescriptive, as it depends on what strain you're running) will give you the PK boost you want. It comes down to learning how the plants you're growing want/like/need it.

I hate bottled nutes
Try maxigrow and bloom, pH buffered,cheap, awesome and don't need anything else
But they stopped making it(used to be $60 for both on ebay now like $120)

Jacks 321 is available here, it's sold as peters natives blend or something just check the peters website and figure it out , also PH buffered


BUT seen as maxi is ending I've been looking at accent flower as it's also PH buffered

Haven't found any reviews/grows but it looks good.


I grow in %100 coco usually with blumat or flood and drain in a 60x60 tent and average 7 oz(10 was my record) with a sog type thing going on. I stopped using PH meters about 10 years ago coZ just got over chasing PH in hydro so have been using pH buffered nutes(looked at that torus hydro thing but with so many powdered nutes that have buffering in them I see no point unless you are a bottle grower.)


So I'm very interested to hear if anyone has used this stuff or what you all think?

Jack 321 isn’t even close to peters natives blend. It’s closer to peters combi-sol or bloom booster than the natives blend.

Find out what you can get locally at your ag store. All the Hydro T mixes are slightly different and will dictate how much Calcium nitrate, Magnesium sulphate and MPK you need. For example Hydroflex T has more than enough K for flower so personally I dont think PK boost is needed with that, just drop the Calcium nitrate in the 2nd half of flower.

But yeah it all depends on what base mix you start with then you just add a bit of this and bit of that from there. Doesnt need to be an exact science, cannabis will grow just fine with a variety of recipes you just need to be wary of deficiencies and toxicity which can lead to lock outs. A bit of trial and error and you will see pretty quickly what works well.

If you have never looked at Hydrobuddy its worth a look.

The person who showed me how to grow told me there was no point chasing pH (in coco) and for 2 fucking years I chased my tail buying all sorts of bulshit supplements thinking I had deficiencies and whatever

Turned out it was pH

That fucking idiot in the end he ended up learning more from me than he ever taught me because I had to basically go and un-learn all the bullshit he taught me (like using Budmeister) and stop buying all the trash ancillary nutes and shit to make up for the ruined quality from the Meister, and I had to basically teach myself everything from scratch because most of what he told me was garbage

Then he tried to tell me LEDs were a waste of money and smugly laughed at me when I bought mine then saw my results and upgraded his whole system to LED and pretended like he knew LEDs were better all along

What notes are you running now?
I run H&G but still have the habit of buying the bud xl and top shooter aswell sometimes run multizyme too.
