Just Placed it in the dome. I expect it to die soon as usual. The grow tent is 85 degrees and its about 22 inches away from lighting

Seedlings don't need a dome, makes them damp-off.. Save your dome for clones..

Shoving an emerging ( fragile ) taproot into a rooter could kill it if not careful.
Next time start seed in the rooter.

I tried that many times, this method just seems to make them sprout quicker, whereas going domeless and planting directly in the root plug often results in my seeds never sprouting in the first place. It just stays a seed.
