Cutting stem to dry

I usually trim wet but I feel like I loose some smell and too many crystals. I'd like to dry trim.
Unfortunatley I don't have anywhere to hang dry the branches.
My grow room is wall to wall weed, probably 30 pounds dry. I am considering cutting the stumps of the plants, leaving the lights off, and dropping the humidity so they dry in place. There is horizontal and vertical netting so the plants won't tip over. The thing I'm concerned about is the possibility of mold setting in.
My last run I left the lights on and stopped watering and they dried out pretty good, but I ended up with a lot of burn leaves that were kinda a hassle to work around.
What do u think about this? Mold risk?

Did you have any significant outbreaks while growing in the same space? No i dont have a concern for mold unless you plan on leaving them there for 1-2months...that's probably where we would say your fault we dont have to care if that's how ur gonna roll.

That picture is only about half of it. I grow this much regularly, usually I wet trim all of it myself using my t4 twister but I feel like I'm losing smell and crystals so I'd like to do a dry trim....I just have nowhere to hang it to dry.
Buy honestly I'm tired of it, I spend probably 10 weeks per year trimming 12 hours a day. I will probably hire a trim crew out this time around

Without more information it's hard to tell as there are too many variables. For lack of odor and crystals, I wouldn't look at the drying, so much as I'd look at the way it's being handled and cured. Just some thoughts that come to mind based on the limited info here.

Update. So I chopped the stumps, set it at 50% and 76 degrees and gave it 10 days.
So far I'm loving it. Since they weren't upside down most of the leaves didn't curl onto the buds and are crispy enough to just brush off gently with my thumb. The buds have retained more crystal and smell than wet trimming or dry trimming with my twister trimmer.

It's 100% the drying. When you wet trim you ruin the smell.
