Cheers mate, it's been a journey just getting here, hopefully can finish out strong. I can see a couple pistils here and there and the one plant that is in a pot which was started outside the scrog shot up a couple weeks ago before it started budding, so it mustn't be long now until the scrog will be taking off. I have read that plants in the ground can take a bit longer to start flowering.

Side note, never been to Thailand but one day I'll get to see the Phi Phi Islands!

G'day, The scrog plants are 5 months old since seeds being planted. I'm still waiting on them to start growing some heads. 12hr/12hr autumnal equinox is on the 30th of this month at home, hopefully they start before then though...I had thought they'd be a month into flower by this stage but all good there is definitely more pistils starting to pop out now. I think they've pretty much finished stretching so I've let them free a little bit. I pulled 1 more plant out today which leaves 4 plants left in the scrog, it wasn't ripped because it was a male but because it's always been small and slow growing after being topped, it's stem was only about the size of my pinky finger whereas the biggest stem is the size of my wrist, I can't quite wrap my fingers all the way around the base of the stem.
Surprised to see the autos have shot up more than triple the size since throwing pistils about week or so ago. Starting to get a bit of smell to them now too.

FYI all autos are feminized. U never have to worry about males. Maybe a hermie tho. Nice grow. I always wondered why folks don't do autos outside. I get that its less yield but 5 months before u see any pistols would drive me mad. Hope its worth the wait. Harvest should be plentiful. Cheers mate.

Okay no dramas that sounds good, I appreciate it mate. I'm definitely going to try a few more autos after these are done that's for sure! Should be nice to have a little variety of a night time instead of always smoking sativa.
These don't need 5 months before flowering, I just jumped the gun by a couple months this year. Last year they only veged for a month before flowering due to planting so late. Next year I hope to be a bit closer to around a 2-3month veg. Me too mate, fingers crossed everything stays on track until chrissy, cheers.

Righto, the scrogs finally started budding thank fu@k! Only 6wks later than I'd planned. All good, she's still got around 14wks up her sleeve to finish off in, we'll see how we go.
The timing has worked out well with letting her free last week too as there's a little bit more healthy leaf coverage above the screen and now everyone is starting to settle into there own bit of space as tgey finish up stretching. Hopefully they will only grow another foot from where they are now, saves me having to adjust them too much. I've pulled hundreds of suckers from underneath the net and among the canopy now, some possibly could've made it into the sunlight but I'm happy with their spacing as it is, I don't want to go overcrowding them all.
Here's the Cheese auto, it's really shot up since throwing pistils at 3wks when 23cm tall.
This is the West Coast OG auto which is the smallest of the 3 autos but she smells really strong and looks great. Can't wait to see how it's looking in a couple of months.
This is the White Widow auto, it's overtaken the West Coast in size and is catching up to the Cheese.
These are the clones that were taken from the best two plants in the scrog. Looking nice and healthy and just starting to flower.
Weather has pretty much been non stop rain. We haven't watered the fruits, veggies and flowers for about 2months now. Today I've also decided to start an OG Kush auto and a Cream Cookies auto. All autos are from Fast Buds. I've got about 10 different autos from them to try next run, looking forward to it. Cheers.

My fav rt now is strawberry banana from them. One of my homies grew. The flavor was amazing. But I've grown grapefruit, sour diesel, purple punch and a cheese strain I can't remember. U can't go wrong. The free cookies I got from them out performed the purchased beans. Grabbed them from attitude. Wanted to show some pics of those old grows but phone sd card on the fritz rt now.

G'day, no good news this update unfortunately. All this rain over the last couple months has really taken it's toll on the garden. All fruits, veggies and flowers outside the grow room have had leaf septoria for a long while but no issues in the room.
Well that changed after getting home from a week away last week. On my return I was presented with several issues. The first was trying to minimise the damage from the leaf septoria that had now spread throughout the room, this resulted in a big loss of leaf matter. Next was removing the 2nd biggest plant from the scrog as termites had taken out her legs. Finally was evicting the family of rats that had dug under the root zone and set up camp. Amazing how quickly the jungle takes over our house and garden when we aren't home. Here's the leaf septoria.
Here's where the termites cut through a very healthy tree, no wonder as it's pretty much wood now.
And here's the baby rats. They took out quite a bit of root matter but as can be seen in the pic the main roots look to be okay...
So yeah that's all been no fun dealing with on top of the usual critters and wild weather conditions that come with growing outdoors here. Here's a pic of the room, hard to see but I've lost about 100 or so tops from the back and side of the scrog alongside the white wall.
Anyway it is what it is, I'll atleast be better prepared next year after taking this years learnings and coming up with better methods.
Here's the 3 Autos, I'm hoping the loss of leaf hasn't shocked them too much. This one's the Cheese, very leafy buds bud nice plant structure.
Here's the White Widow, it's got a similar structure to the Cheese but with less leafy buds.

Thankfully I had cloned that plant that was just taken out from termites. Here's the clone here, coming along alright. Fingers crossed the rain wraps up soon and fu@ks off for awhile. Cheers.

Condolences. What an absolute shit show to come home too.
I know it well. The possums here know when we are home and don't eat the potato, parsley and tomato plants. Went away for a week or so and came home to like 15 completely stripped plants and rats had also decided to nest in a garden bed.
Twas one of the most beautiful scrogs I've seen.

I wish I still had a good yard. I have like a few hundred of these Laos highland/BCN crit crosses I made by accident. I would love to scrog some for sure.
These also took like forever to start flowering, even though our longest day is only 13.5 hours. tried them indoors at 13/12 and still took 9 weeks to pre flower.

Look beautiful those girls, nothing beats a good sativa. Sounds like you're in similar conditions. I'm about 18°N receive about 13.5hrs max and 11hrs min here.
