Ya, isn't provolone the regular Philly cheese? All the Philly steaks around me are made with provolone.

I just got a small pot of this from a German supermarket, definitely ‘Extra Scharf’. Too much vinegar for my taste but will be using it for cooking. Also got a few of these on the grill.
Edit: they are great, chicken&turkey mix.

there is a restaurant supply place in denver that sells cases of the frozen Amoroso rolls. the bread definitely is part of the whole awesomeness.

sacrilege IMO. i would get either a wiz wit or a pizza steak with provolone and onion.
they have tubs of hot cherry peppers that go great too.

next to the cherry peppers (at Geno's at least) was this hot sauce that was brutally hot. i think they sell it to -go now.

I keep thinking about this pizza you made. I found a place down the hill that has something similar, but it's missing the green onions and Gouda. I know this will ruffle some feathers, but the Hawaiian has cream cheese and I bet it's pretty good too,
