It’s weird but I’ve been revolving back to good American cheese lately.Cheesesteak would be good if it didn't use American cheese.

No no no that's sacrilege. Even I will eat an Amoroso roll with my sammyand put it in a wrap instead of a bun
Ya, isn't provolone the regular Philly cheese? All the Philly steaks around me are made with provolone.Provolone and hot cherry peppers are my go to.
I just got a small pot of this from a German supermarket, definitely ‘Extra Scharf’. Too much vinegar for my taste but will be using it for cooking. Also got a few of these on the grill.I grew up with this mustard,mom and dad both born in Germany.
I dont think its exactly the same as it was but it does a good job of clearing your sinuses.

next to the cherry peppers (at Geno's at least) was this hot sauce that was brutally hot. i think they sell it to -go now.
I keep thinking about this pizza you made. I found a place down the hill that has something similar, but it's missing the green onions and Gouda. I know this will ruffle some feathers, but the Hawaiian has cream cheese and I bet it's pretty good too, . Anyways, I'll be going there soon.Gorgeous pie Pop and Son.
