Flushing plant still didn’t stop nute burn

Hey guys, I top dressed and I guess it was a little too early! Haha I tried to flush but still getting nute burn not sure what to do?! Also on another note I am cloning a few plants and they are also starting to burn but I’m using PH’ed water to 6.0 as recommended with my cloner but the plants are burning before the roots grow! Any clue? please help! No idea what to do to save these babies, as I am a new grower and clearly in need of good some advice!

Did u try to feed the clones? Why would they have nute burn? They only need water til they root. Back the light off. They only need minimal lighting. Some use regular hose bulbs or the fluorescent tube or turn led light down to about 25%.

If u top dressing i assume its natural slow release. Then flushing is a waste of money. U just wait til the nutes are used up. Its not like liquid synthetic nutes that have built up salts in the pot.

Also looks like u are monster cropping. When reveging the clones they will get worse before they get better. It takes more time and patience. They will throw the 3 leaves which is the sign that plant is going thru the change. Usually takes about a month then u can start vegging them. Some root in days some take 2 weeks but maintenance is low. Just pick off yellow leaves. The new growth is all u should worry about. Once that light has stopped beating them up u should be fine.

So there was definitely salt build up which made watering a complete task because it would run out of the sides of the pot before ever reaching the bottom (fabric pots) and it’s Gaia green I’m not so certain it’s slow release.. anyways I have the light for the clones at 25% maybe drop it to 15? It’s only a 250w light at about 24” from the clone dome! I did reveg one but not sure about monster cropping? And no I have not fed the clones that’s why I was so curious as to why it looked like nute burn I figured maybe something was off with the water or my ph levels or something possibly but knew you guys would have the answers!

I doubt it was a salt build up issue
You let soil dry to much and tried to water without allowing for a good soaking in
Which is why I use a wetting agent and I do not allow plants to get to dry
Salt buildup or root bound plants is rare
Put the clones far away from light
I used to just let the cloner sit in corner with no light but I also have used a 12 watt led bulb with better results than you are having

Water a little, leave it half hour or so, water a little more. If the media has dried out quite a bit this will help.
You can also bottom water to get your soil back to the right moisture.
Alternatively getting yourself a large concrete sprayer wouldn’t be a bad idea.
Great for evenly watering pots and you can spray the sides of fabric pots as well.
Good luck

Sounds like you're using some cheap medium. Yucca is a natural wetting agent. It helps hydrophobic peat absorb water. As stated above you can't just dump the water in. You need to slowly water then wait an hour water some more wait again etc etc. Next time try some better medium like sunshine mix #4, promix bx or hp.

So it’s always came out of the sides, I agree with that but this is different, way more pumps out and if I punch my finger through the soil it isn’t wet after like 1/4”
Add a couple of drops of Dawn to your feeds. It’s a good wetting agent. Breaks the surface tension of water so dry peat can take it up. Will not hurt the plants at all. No more than a couple of drops is needed. Use a skewer to aerate the medium thoroughly. Especially under the plant. Then pour liquid slowly. Go in a circle starting next to the plant and moving to the container edge. Especially dry peat requires some work to get it to absorb liquid easily. Once wetted it won’t be so hard.

That’s guys once again you all were right and they are taking water perfectly! I think it’s close to harvest time for the autos but they clones are about to be transplanted

A question about the "Top Dressing". Did you just sprinkle it on, or did you "scratch" it in? Try this; remove the appropriate amount of soil/nutes (from the top layer only). If you need to remove an inch or two, you may want to replace it with some fresh (un-nuted) soil. Be careful not to disturb the roots! Good luck.

Definitely scratched it in there, built like a 1/2” crust but flushing fixed them for the most part I guess, had my brother do it while I was at work so not sure if he removed it or not but I did add some soil back, one has some issues still but instead of giving more nutes this close to harvest I’m just gonna hold out, I’m thinking I have about a week or two left at this point, what do you guys think?

You still got lots of white pistils I wouldn’t harvest in a week let them go as long as possible you won’t regret it as they will pack on more weight in the final couple weeks.

Some hairs are new some haven’t changed colors, but the trichs are looking clear, I’m only waiting for them to turn cloudy as an experiment! These girls are already way beyond they’re recommended grow length they are autos that are supposed to grow from seed to harvest in 70 days today is day 68 of FLOWER ONLY 110 days old

Yeah breeder times are fluid they mean nothing really. Every grow is different. They are yours so you can harvest whenever you want just wanted you to get the most out of them.

No need to experiment. Weed harvested that early sucks. Don't become a statistic.
