Thank you, it's been a long week. I appreciate not having to die on that hill.
PS It looks like a really tasty bean soup too!! Did you add some chili powder?

I did...and some chipotle peppers in adobo along with bell and a cubanelle. Tomatoes, onion, garlic, carrot.....kidney and black beans. Some ground beef and half of a leftover steak chunked up. Smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cumin. Real maple syrup from a farm down the street too :blsmoke:

I swear peppers are a tough sell here.....I love them. My family is weird, it wasn't hot but they said it was....my daughter even had a chunk of steak just before and gave me the thumbs up lol

So I have plenty of kick ass chili to myself. Some days I just don't win lol :rolleyes:

Sounds wonderful. Are you going to freeze or can any?
I don't have a pressure cooker to can that. I'd imagine that would be the proper way not just a water bath. So yeah vac'n'seal and into my freezer. But this week is on the cooler side and that will be awesome in the thermos for lunch.......with some corn bread :bigjoint:

The kids didn't like the corn bread this time too lol because it had corn in it :rolleyes: :lol:

I think it will be better vac sealed and frozen. LOL the corn bread had corn in it :roll: :lol:
