Seedlings Frozen in Time

So I’ve got 2 purple kush cbd 1:1 autos that started well and sprouted in peat pellets. I transferred them to small planter pots with FFOF 5 days ago and watered them thoroughly (with drainage). Put them in a tent with some more mature plants and the light was too intense - burned them yellow a bit - so I’ve moved them back under a gentle LED again until they’re ready for stronger lights. The weird thing is they seem to be frozen in time…literally have not grown or shown any change whatsoever (besides the light burn) in 5 days.

I assume this is a shock response to the above rollercoaster I put them through, but just curious if anyone has ever experienced such a state of paralysis? Is this a normal response to my fumbling?

The seedling stage is a time when the plants priority is root growth not leaf growth. After roots establish it will go into the veg stage.

As you’ve worked out, WAY too much light too soon, seedlings need nurturing and gentle light until into veg before proper photosynthesis is occurring and you can up the intensity.
Being autos they may not recover..
Good luck,
How did they turn out?

Eh…got 0.85 oz out of 2 plants. Pretty piss poor showing but these were good plants to learn some hard lessons on (they were basically free seeds). Pretty finicky strain but I’d rather have a steep learning curve early on in my growing career. Everything else seems easy by comparison. They taste super fruity in the vape, so that’s nice.

I’ve got 4 different strains in the tents right now since Jan 1 and they’re doing much better. Malawi is going gangbusters - I need to flip her to 12/12 soon or I’ll be fucked for space.
